2. The workout must be intense and one must put the stress in the muscle fibre. This can be done by lifting more weights in less time.

3. One must exercise on a regular basis for a positive and good result. One who exercises once in a week or sometimes will not get any good results.

4. The workout must progress by increasing the intensity of the weight to put more and more stress on the muscle fibre. This will affect the body and will help to gain muscles.

One must know only work out plans to gain muscle are not going to be fruitful if it is not properly backed up by a good diet and food habits. It is very necessary to have right amount of proteins and carbohydrates when one is working out very hard in the gym. The energy that is lost due to exercise will be gained by the proper food habit. If someone doesn’t maintain a proper food habit then it is not likely to give any profits or results. In fact that may also cause illness and health hazards for the person.

There is an advantage of the skinny men to build up muscles as the fat is less in their body. It just takes a little to work hard to gain muscles and have a great and impressive body. But in case of fat men it takes a long time. Firstly they had to shred that extra pound of fat from their body and they a proper exercise plan can help them to enhance the body muscle. One must continue a good and healthy food routine along with the work out to maintain a great and fit body.
